OFFICE CHAIRS: What is the best for tall/bigger people?

I am 6'3 and around 225, which chair is the best for taller people?

i have heard amazing reviews of herman miller "embody", but i have read they are not as good for taller people.

Any bigger people have experience?

We have a few Embody chairs at the office and they are really comfortable, but I can't speak to them for big/tall. They are rated for quite a bit of weight though.

I am 6,3 and have nothing but good things to say about the Herman Miller

I'm some 193-194cm and 120kg, and use this one:
WAU 2- W-709- BÃ?rosessel- Netzstoff- Bewegungsmechanismus "slid"- 2 Versionen: Amazon.de: Bürobedarf & Schreibwaren
It's great - adjustable in a million different ways and helped with my back pain, and it's available in Canada/US too as a friend of mine bought it.

Try a standing desk, much better for you if you work long hours on the computer:

Amazon.com : The Executive Stand Steady Standing Desk / Stand up Desk (Black) : Computer Monitor Stands : Office Products

I've been using it for 3+ years and it feels great to stand all day long and turn a sitting job into a standing one! It gives me more energy and mobility, and I even get to shake my ass to some good music while I work :)

I go to the gym 6 times per week, i am solid as a rock, i am all muscle, my girlfriend is a 10/10, my cock is huge, your girlfriend (which you probably don't have) would fuck me in a second of seeing me. I would turn her down.

Maybe you should GAIN 30 pounds.

amvcdotcom 05-15-2015 08:04 AM

some of the office depot sites now have a "big and tall chairs" section that you can probably nagivate to what you're looking for?

Perfect. Buy one of these and tell your 10/10 girlfriend to get underneath. It's adjustable height.

My Herman Miller chair is still in new condition after 12 years and I have moved that fucker around to several offices and homes. Any other chair would have fallen apart within a few years. I am 225 pounds and break those cheap office chairs within one year.

FWI - There's an Eames Aluminum Group sale going on at DWR. 15% off + free shipping.

Eames Office Collection - Design Within Reach - Design Within Reach

I'd go for the executive with pneumatic lift.

:thumbsup I hear that, I'm 6' and 225 and I've been spending 10-12 hours a day in the same Aeron that I got used 10 years ago.

I had to replace an armrest adjusting bolt that broke in 2008 and that's it, I'll never buy another model chair. (If I ever need one)

"From my cold, dead ass" Should be the Herman Miller motto. :winkwink:

Taller/heavier guys check the chart to see what size Herman Miller you need https://www.hermanmiller.com/content...SizeFitRef.pdf

I've got 2 herniated discs in my lower back from a bike wreck 22 years ago and the Aeron has been the best chair of all the ones I've used, the adjustable lumbar support is a weak spot though it's made of a foam and the edges tear where it attaches to the chair but honestly I didn't use it anyway I threw it out.

You can buy replacements on Amazon.

That Embody looks interesting but I'll stick with what works for me.
