I heard that they have problems , I can't say that this is true because I don't use them but there are rumors since they had problems with the law in Romania ! But I repeat this are only rumos !

support got back to me within 24 hours just yesterday
transfers to card work nice, atm work nice no problem here

My short end of the story was that dl scan is not enough for paxum mastercard where all real banks dont need any other id. Fuck me if Im gonna scan my passport ( i dont have any other pic id than dl ).
Suuport is baaad too.

They put me through two weeks of bullshit, asking the most pathetic scans and photos, I dropped my account.

I'm sorry for not getting back to you yesterday. As mentioned via email, Monday was a public holiday where I live in Canada.

They just processed a withdrawal to my bank account...probably the only thing I like about Paxum is that the Paxum balance withdrawal to bank account is FAST, it's almost always in my bank account the very next day after requesting it.
