Income from ads placed on xxx sites
 

Does making xxx sites, and trying to make money from ads like a popunder and banners, through something like Exoclick, and possibly some affiliate sales makes sense at all, or is it overall a bad idea?

A lot of pople may be doing it, but it does not seem to be making sense, unless there is a lot of traffic coming it, but it is not an easy thing to get too.

Is this business model just wrong? Make site, add popunder, banners, affiliate links. Does it equal to failure, more or less?

It's all about prepaid spots on TheHun and spamming forums with poorly hidden affiliate links. That is how the REAL Money is made

Ad companies make money from ads placed on a site. People buy it from them, and they make income as intermediaries. The same goes for popunder ads. Affiliate links work in a similar way, you only get part of the revenue, and you only get paid when you are making a sale. This is making money from three different places first, before making money from yourself, so it is in general hard.

For an affiliate, no. For a site/program owner, yes when done right..
I've played around a lot with paid ads over the years and the only profits I've made was a $200 sale for bulk candy and a $6000 couch for no reason. :p (Nothing really in adult except Playboy.tv popunders work ok, but on my own sites and not paid..)

Popunders with your own white label camera site may be a good way to go. Do this, instead of going through places like Ero Advertising or Traffic Shop. MyPornstarBlogs.com do something like this. They seem to be doing good, and they are actually based on the model of popunder, banner ads, and affiliate links.

To me, at this point, it sounds like, finding a profitable niche and get converting traffic from search, or through affiliates (set up an affiliate program with offers, lets say, something like Crak Revenue).

Test and scale up what works for you, that's been the way to do things since forever..

I am again killing time, and have nothing better to do, so I am adding posts... Things that make some sense though, I never add some news or things not related to xxx sites.

Why would you be trying to make money from a porn site? That's dumb. Most of us just do it for the love of porn. Don't be greedy.
