The Indian Ocean looks calm near land but can be a very violent place, i know I've fished around there many times, the waves often reach 20 ft high on a normal day.

Pick the right island and 'everything' can be delivered even by water...

For me, I see the sea everyday. Relaxing on my solarium balcony nude in the sun, working on cam. So for me, no need for this, when my home is lovely anyway. But this place, yes, a lovely holiday home :2 cents:
