The user-submitted sites, tube or pins, always same story: DMCA dramas for copyright... also no 2257 age docs. I checked sex.com for metart teens pics, clicked a few that looked like metart ones to me (can't say for sure) and in few clicks I ended up in collections with questionable names as (don't click if you don't want to load unverified age pics) Oberon812 - Too old for Pedobear, but legal | Sex.com or Unweyexis - Daddy's little princess | Sex.com and 4kamu4 - young teen | Sex.com , they could at least delete files with certain keywords, this site it reminds me motherless.com quite.

i doubt they really think they can get sex.com but might as well throw it in there anyways, lol.

I understand that 100%. I'm just saying after being in the business for more than 15 years and having been one of the good guys from what I can see it's weird to see his name in something like this. I believe he's just running the show and following orders from the owners (maybe I'm wrong).

It sucks to steal content. Interestingly enough if we all did what MetArt is doing 5 years ago things would be so different today.

Ok. Then send a photo or a porn movie and try to register a copyright. The only thing you can do is register a name or logo.

There are many other cases where courts deny copyright claims towards content that is not deemed a work of useful art.

This case was filed In the U.S. and the content is registered with the U.S. Copyright office.I'm on my phone sitting poolside so unfortunately I'm not in a place to get specific case links. I hear you though but again it is not relevant in this case.

When shit gets desperate (like it is and will sadly continue to be in the Adult biz) companies feel they have nothing to lose so why not go down fighting? Not saying Met-Art is going down but clearly litigation has become not just a defense but a business strategy for them. Go get 'em! :)

Porn is just as protected by copyright as any other IP.
