Hello,

This is my first post. I am a long time reader of this forum but now I feel the need to reach out to people who have more experience than me.

I purchased a hosted $49/month package from ClickCastX.com on 09JUN2015 and about three days later I switched over to a single license of Adult Site CMS. I asked if they would count the $49 toward the single license purchase and they said yes and charged me the remainder due which was $200.

I gave Claude my FTP information and waited about 3 days for him to give me WP access as he wanted to install everything himself even though I asked if he would just send me the plugins and let me do it all.

When I did get access I discovered that he had installed the default Adult Site CMS theme which I did not want. I have paid a decent amount of money to have a theme design that mirrors Lucas Entertainment. So, I went to switch the theme and discovered a fatal error. Every time I deactivated the Adult Site CMS theme and activated my own I was completely pushed out of my WP Dashboard and I had to go in through FTP to rename files to get access again. What I found curious is the actual Adult Site CMS Plugin will not work with other themes as advertised on their site.

Given the fact that my wonderful custom WP theme will not work with Adult Site CMS, I politely asked Claude to cancel. Claude had been working on the fatal error that I reported and then fixed myself and instead of discussing my refund request he took about two days and then messaged me with the following: "this is fixed." I assumed he was talking about the fatal error that I fixed myself.

I have since followed up over the course of 3 days with an email every day requesting that he refund my $249 as by all counts since I made my initial purchase on 09JUN I am well within my 30 day money back guarantee that they have on Adult Site CMS website.

It seems as though Claude is a one man tech support pony show who only communicates via email once or twice every 6 or so hours. I assume he is overworked and I also get the feeling that he works too hard as I wanted to install Adult Site CMS myself on WP but he insisted.

Now my question:

How in the world can I contact anyone besides the tech support guy who can process my refund request? I have tried calling, skype, and all emails go to Claude it seems. I even tried calling the number on my bank's charge line and I got a "please leave a voicemail." I want to cancel and refund. Adult Site CMS will not work for me personally although it seems to be very good for other sites. I harbor no bad feelings, but at this point I think they are being unprofessional.

They were quick to charge me for the product but it seems that they are very slow to refund. All I am asking is for a "your refund is being processed and will take 7-10 business days." Any kind of a response will do. What gives?

PLEASE HELP ME!

Considering that his Adult Site CMS - Adult Content Management Software CMS Solution for Adult Sites website has been hacked (not very re-assuring) I would imagine that if he can't keep his own website secure then he's probably not going to be very good at supporting the product :2 cents:
