float ad with (x) out button

Is there a way to implement a plugrush or exoclick banner ad to act like a juicy ads float ad? I'm looking to float this ad over my videos so the user can (x) out of it if they want to.

Thats a IM ad and its set to the bottom of the screen. I need a banner ad to do that.

with a little jquery you can make that functionality with any ad zone. write a ticket and mention that I told you to, and I'll get a sample code made for you with a plugrush ad zone.
