Can you recommend a good model referral program?
 

Hi, I know some girls interested in becoming webcam models and may be there are more on the way so I was looking at AWE model referral program. I was a bit disapointed after they told me that the program only lasts for a year, meaning that after a year they will probably keep the model and I will stop receiving my share.


Is that common? Can you recommend a better model referral program?

I am not interested in 2 or 3 models referred if you can refer 10 a month or more that will start working (5 or more 50% or better) month in month out ... ... and can offer some proof of being able to do that ... You will need that because of attrition and churn I might be interested. Sorry about the hard line but I have been doing this since 2001 even before XloveCam (est. 2006) these are my terms.

If not apply for a studio with 2 or more models if your models will trust you to handle their money -- we will accept ''virtual studios''. Alternately, get an agent fee of 10% from the models paid direct to you.

There are no pimpin' free rides with XloveCam. I am sure someone else will offer you $50 to $150 per referred with some conditions.
