Epoch biller issue / question moving my members to another biller

are 3rd party billers allowed / required to let me move my members to another biller if i want to? i.e. epoch.

You need your own merchant account to do that.

Regardless of them allowing that, which I doubt they do, is that changing the descriptor on your customers statements after you move is going to cause you pain and loss. Move your traffic and let the rebills slowly fade away.

What is your issue with Epoch?

It's funny because most third party billers will let you import but not get an export.
Those customers do not really belong to you when you are using a third party processor, they belong to the processor. If you have your own merchant account, they belong to you.
It is easy enough to stop rebilling with a third party processor and start all of your new clients with your new processor/merchant account.

Control and flexibility are very important when it comes to your billing, along with pricing of course. Think about that...

Anything NETbilling can help with?
