Accept it, anything you put up online will get taken. All user-facing content can get stolen. You can't rely on security. You just have to be one step ahead of everybody with the fresh content.

If he was smarter, he's use fake referrers (e.g. google.com, bibg.com etc) and proxies, so you could never been able to block him :)
