At first I thought this was going to be about that clown from here in Winnipeg who trashed five police vehicles right outside their HQ's about a month ago, but I see now it's a new cop-hating clown. Our guy apparently got pissed off because of a ticket for talking on his cell while driving that morning and decided to drive his work truck into some piggy-wagons.

The idiocy seems to be spreading.
