You've seen tham around just haven't noticed they weren't flash. They're basically simpler versions of flash banners.

Webdesigner is shit. No one serious uses it. Not scrambling to keep up.. Scrambling to take advantage of the situation - I want to expand.. Notice I said mainstream.
