Welcome, but where is Jason Collins??.... And the same question how long before you work with PayPal as Epoch does ???

RyuLion 10-05-2015 07:50 AM

Is that 5% for high risk?
Do you suppose cascading with ccbill, and will the transactions be paid to affiliates on ccbill?
Please answer here and if ONLY yes to all the above email me. :)

Welcome again and say hi to Jason. I will wait I am patient:thumbsup

And a supplementary question : How is the new "revolution" different then what you are doing ( and well :)) already for years.

I'm still around! :thumbsup We are expanding the team to get even more aggressive in the market! :pimp

Didn't we cover PayPal already? :1orglaugh We would love to have it and as soon as they want to make the API available for other IPSP's we are there. Time is already scheduled with the DEV team, so WE are ready to go - just waiting on PayPal!!!

The revolution we are starting is by offering more competitive pricing than the typical 15% (or more) that everyone else is charging as a default rate. By doing only credit cards with CardBilling, we are able to focus solely on cards and offer a more competitive rate. If you are looking for more payment options (Direct Debit/ACH EU/US & Bitcoin), Verotel may be a more suitable option.

My sig refers to switching to Verotel and your first 90 days is 5%. I accept emails for those that would like to know what the rates look outside of 90 days. :2 cents:

I agree this looks a bit confusing.. However I'm talking about the CardBilling product and my colleague Jason is mentioning the Verotel services.

They are similar products but with different rates and services so in this way we can provide products for basically everyone within this industry.

Sure, why not? CardBilling is not only for new customers. :pimp

There are some differences here that I want to make sure that everyone is aware of before making the switch. I would like to avoid the, "You didn't tell me this before switching" conversation. :winkwink:

Verotel Premium
  • Rate: Starts at 14% and goes down depending on volume (All-inclusive rate - no additional fees for transactions, refunds, declines or chargebacks)
  • Payment methods: Credit Cards, Direct Debit and Bitcoin
  • Setup Fee: None
  • Annual Fee: None *Previous processing history required with volume greater than EUR 100/week.
  • Chargeback fee: None
  • Currencies:
  1. On the end-user side we accept 64 currencies. So everyone can pay in their local currency.
  2. On the merchants side, you can setup ten different currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, CZK, NOK, & SEK). For example, you can set up your membership price in USD (and/or in any of the other 10 currencies), and directly sell in USD. Once a person comes that wants to pay from South Africa, we immediately convert the USD rate into ZAR and he will only see the ZAR amount on his statement.

Verotel Pro is basically being replaced with CardBilling and Verotel Pro will eventually be phased out for new signups.

Yeah but I don't see the benefit of paying another $1000, to be processed by virtually the same company?

Too bad that, in my experience, Verotel do not pay. Your mileage may vary.

Your issue was isolated and that is really unfortunate that you had a bad experience.

Yes, it is unfortunate that Verotel chose not to pay me and to be absurdly unprofessional. Whatever the "issue" was, it was with Verotel, not my company.

In my experience, people like Verotel who don't pay what they owe one person are people who feel paying what they owe is optional. In my experience, people like Verotel who behave in an extremely unprofessional manner once are extremely unprofessional more than once.

While others' mileage may vary, why should anyone think my experience is isolated?

MrDeiz 10-14-2015 12:23 AM

Verotel is terrible. I can't transfer a site to another person in 2 months

They are simply ignoring all the requests at merchantsupport@
