bigbootie.net does not appear to be a WordPress site, probably it is a custom made template. However, it can be done easily, it is not too complicated.

What you're looking for is a 9gag.com like layout.

Search for "9gag clone script" or go to Codecanyon and find a 9gag like php script - should cost you less than $40 bucks.

You will get a similar layout and options.
