Anyone else like to draw?
 

Sometimes I like to go back to my roots and put pencil on paper. It is a great way to refocus (it's like meditating), and it also relieves a lot of stress for me. Anyone else like to draw or paint? What are some hidden talents of GFYers? Post some of your work! :thumbsup

Yep, most BW stuff that I do is with a Wacom Bamboo tablet and PS standard brush and smudge.

I like that drawing, I tried something similar before but didn't turn out how I thought it would. :upsidedow

drawing hands is the ultimate challenge. they nailed that too. (no pun intended)

there's a difference in drawing by the way. Tracing an image and drawing it nicely is something anyone can do. Drawing something out of yourself gets my respect.

i think the difference is how u are able to learn from your painting . then everything else is the theory of art its matter of knowledge .

As a 3D artist, I've been trying to get back to my drawing roots -- and started going through every digital painting program I could find. Not one can match good 'ol pencil and paper, except that I wish I had an undo button in the real world.

I like to do pencil(mechanical) and pen(Gel) drawings

I used to be huge into architectural design. More linear design then sketching. :)

Yeah I used to draw a lot. Not sure why I stopped. Cool stuff here though. I'll track down some old scribbles.
