TraffDAQ- Manual or automatic bidding?

Well I got some first points and the question is simple:
What bidding option do you use? (And if so, any reasons?)
Just curious about this.

We are using 0.5 for manual bidding. It gives only US , UK etc. to make more reliable traffic...

If you have a lot of sites or campaigns I would go with the automatic bidding. If it's just a few set it yourself.
