Speaking of lasagna, here's a cool video showing how to make it:

This Canadian chef is cool.

Sausages and rolls need different temperatures.

Cooked a good lasagna yesterday, lots of meat, bechamel and cheese. Today it was Sweet and Sour, with a touch of chilli and Garlic. With Thai noodles.

You put sausages in the oven?

I think I can see where you're going wrong...

:1orglaugh :thumbsup

With your lasagna, do you make it the usual way with 3 layers pasta & meat between each? Why not try the true Sicilian way with a layer of boiled eggs on the bottom :thumbsup

happens to me all the time.
sometime i am impatient other times too patient

try changing your oven

Are you making pigs in blankets? When I do, I have to cook the sausage or at least almost completely done then wrap them and cook the biscuits or else they'll burn.

Maybe your oven's too hot, too? :upsidedow
