MojoHost Support Times?

Anyone with MojoHost, can you tell me the typical wait time for a support ticket? From the time it's opened until they reply and resolve the issue (assuming it's something easy).

I've been hosting with Mojo since 2007. I've never had a support ticket for anything simple take more than 45 minutes, at any hour of the day or night. Most of the time it was much faster.

Support tickets are answered between 2007 and 2012. :winkwink:

just kidding, Mojohost is probably the best adult host out there these days and Brad really supports this industry.

I suppose it would depend on the issue you post... if you want them to add an ftp user, that's one thing. If you want them to update apache, php and mysql that's another.

Also remember the priority, they have a priority 1 to 5 defaulted to 3 on ticket creation. If you open with priority 1 (or change it to 1 later) it may help. Just don't abuse, I keep most tickets at level 3 unless really I have stuff offline :)

Hi Adam,

Lately, we are working in 4 ticket systems and making changes to our internal dashboards to improve visibility and workflow management. Also, there are 4 new team members at different levels of training with a 5th starting soon to bring us to a higher level of staffing than we have had before. In the primary ticket system that services 90% of all clients, tickets default to a status of 3. If you put a ticket in with a status of 1, the ticket will be taken usually within a minute because it alarms all staff on shift. The other status numbers are internal use, such as a 5 representing a new client or upgrade.

As always, we make our best efforts and are always striving for improvement. Standard tickets should have replies 15-30 minutes. If anyone experiences a problem or a miss in support, I encourage you to bring the ticket number to me by email, call or text message. Alternatively, and since we are always staffed, clients are welcome to call our main line to discuss any open support requests 24-7. Thank you for your business!

Sincerely,

Brad Mitchell

On the chat with Rommel right now. I had no ticket unopened for more than 7 minutes. 24/7 you can be sure someone will attend to you fast... I love MojoHost :)

Oh, you owe me a Scotch now Brad! :)

I've had my personal stuff with them since 2009. I can only recall one time in which it took longer to resolve my issue than I thought it should. I don't remember the details, but it just sticks out in my mind as it was the only time.
