Paxum website down

Since it's a new issue it deserves a dedicated thread.

Paxum website is down for more than 45 minutes now. It's not just me but all "online" services report it.

Alla pages, even not related with MasterCard, go in timeout.

It's really not possible that EVERY fucking week PAXUM has problems. EVERY SINGLE week of the year.

GrandeRevenueMark 12-30-2015 04:45 AM

And it's funny cause with our Business account everything is fine... you can access support and all pages. We have no MC for this account.

3xmedia 12-30-2015 04:48 AM

I agree, it's incredible how unreliable this service is, time to switch to Payoneer I guess, more sponsors should add it as a payment option.

CaptainHowdy 12-30-2015 05:31 AM

Don't panic ...

Ramp 12-30-2015 05:35 AM

works fine here

Darkcrni 12-30-2015 05:52 AM

Working here!

Usually I don't panic but when you have to pay people, the 5th time that you tell them "Paxum doesn't work" they think that you are telling nothing but BS.

And most of all Paxum problems can last 10 minutes or 3 days. Add that's not the best period of the year with all these holidays right before the weekends.

GrandeRevenueMark 12-30-2015 06:03 AM

It works but loading has some issues again.

j3rkules 12-30-2015 06:08 AM

It loads but very slowly.

tobedeleted 12-30-2015 09:25 AM

Could be a DNS issue as it appears to be loading in some parts of the world and not others. Or a firewall issue.. Who knows.

But this leads me to an important question:
Payoneer vs Paxum.

I have a new platform that will launch in Jan. and we are promoting our affiliate program here. Currently it is setup to send payments via check (US and International) and Payoneer.

But do affiliates prefer Paxum?

I do the same with paxum as I did with epassporte, don't leave in more than you can afford to walk away from. The convenience outways the risk for me at least.

Hi all,

Last night (December 29th/30th) the Paxum website experienced some loading issues and functionality problems due to a DDOS attack against our servers.

Our techs have restored site functionality, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation caused our clients.

The site is operating properly now. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Thanks
Ruth

We were subject to a DDOS attack last night, and that is the reason for the site issues.

Many affiliates do prefer Paxum, and most adult sponsors offer Paxum payouts. Since we are a pay-as-you-use-service, it makes it easy and inexpensive to add Paxum as an additional payment method for your affiliates, alongside the methods you currently use. I'd be happy to chat with you about it on Skype or via email if you would like to learn more about Paxum and how we can benefit your business.

My Skype is PaxumRuth and my email is [email protected]

Thanks :)

Thanks Ruth, sending you an email now..
