Watermarking app for Macs

I've been searching (and searching) for a decent app to watermark photos on my mac. It's like trying to find a blowjob on Planet Lesbian.

Curious what all you mac users use to watermark batches of galleries and such. Let me know and I'll hook you up with a trip to Planet Lesbian.

If you're decent with scripting, you could write something that adds a watermark using ImageMagick or GD.

So there's that.

Easy Watermarking with ImageMagick | Linux Journal

All these people who talk shit on MacOS. There's lots of overlap between Linux and Mac, so lots of code stuff you'd do on Linux you can do in Terminal on Mac.

Please tell that to mac users. Because they always sound like mindless members of a cult repeating the slogan conditioned in their brains (it just works!).

the closest I got with photoshop was having two actions, one for portrait and one for landscape images. It was still a pain in the ass.

I also tried BorderFX, but it was so buggy that I couldn't get my colleagues to use it without needing my help.

I guess user friendly-ness is a big requirement.

Photoshop or Premiere should do the trick :winkwink:

CourtneyR_FFN 01-14-2016 10:21 AM

I have a mac. Main reason is so I can do both Windows and Linux VMs and cross test between platforms.

Hardware is good. MacOS is okay. It's not shit. But it's not great.
It's a tool to get things done.

I'm liking Win10. May switch back to that as my host OS.

ALL of which is exactly why I mentioned using Adobe Lightroom previously in this thread. I'm sure my second post will also be ignored so....:321GFY
