Just came on the news, haven't Googled yet since on phone

Rob 03-04-2016 10:27 AM

Doesn't really matter, they can't do anything about it since he's already been acquitted.

It is an open case since OJ was found innocent.

How so? It's double jeopardy if they try him again. A jury found him innocent. He can come out and say, "Yeah, I killed that bitch and here's exactly how I did it!" -- and they couldn't do shit about it.

Dude you are talking to baddog, he knows you do not :1orglaugh:1orglaugh
i'm with Rob though, they already said he can laugh in our faces about killing them both.

Rochard 03-04-2016 10:39 AM

I read about this eariler.... Seems the knife was underground for years, then a retired police officer had it for yet longer? Doubtful it would be useful.

I hope so though. I think OJ was guilty as sin.

Dude, he is guilty as hell. He wrote a book outlining how he murdered them in detail. Even detectives said there was no way to know a lot of the information he wrote about unless he was either the murderer or a part of the investigation, and I never saw OJ wearing a badge.

OJ can't be tried, but if someone else did it ... and LAPD has to treat it like someone else did it.

I actually enjoyed him in the Naked Gun series. Talk about a fall from grace.

They wouldn't waste the time, manpower, or money. Just like the Casey Anthony case. Everyone knows she did it, but the state overreached with their charges on a gamble, and lost. There's no active investigation on the "actual" killer of Caylee. They knew they dropped the ball, and let the actual killer walk. It happens.

He was found not guilty, not innocent. They all know OJ did it, its not an open case.

blackmonsters 03-04-2016 11:30 AM

LAPD must not have had access to metal detectors to help find the knife.

Not really, they probably also found the shovel OJ used to burry it with in the same hole.
The murder shoes and clothes were probably there too but they had biodegraded too much to be recognizable as clothes.
That will come out later.

Ofcourse not. Chain of custody is gone and even if it the real deal they will not be able to use it. And what for? To start another black riot?

Dean S. 03-04-2016 11:55 AM

I read this news earlier.

Somebody found the knife buried in OJ's property years ago, 1998 if I remember it right. He gave it to a cop. Cop kept it for years. Wasn't the cop liable for tampering of evidence?
