The best era of music is different for everyone. Usually it's the music that was around when you were a teenager.

For me it was the 1980s... Which explains why RIGHT NOW I am listening to Nena singing "99 Red Balloons".

Yep I agree. I do recall some of the music those really old guys above are talking about :) And I liked that music but I prefer the 80's as well.

I "came of age" in the 80s, and although there was some really good music, they do not come close to the mid 60s to 70s

80s had too much shit music like 99 Red Balloons ;)

Agreed. I'm a child of the 80's and love that music. My playlist for working out is mainly 80's music. I was born in the 70's, so I was too young to really appreciate bands from that era. But as a preteen and teen in the 80's, that's the music that stuck with me.
