Mac 27
2-3 month used, not retina, 27" core i5 3.2 8 GB RAM and 1 TB fusion drive - would you consider buying it for USD 1k these days?
I believe Fusion drive can be replaced for SSD and more RAM can be pumped up, any other hiccups? That sort of machine, good with Photohop? THanks. |

That's a pretty good price. I've never tested the Fusion drive (My Macs either have standard hard drives or SSD) but I've heard good things about it. Swapping it for an SSD is no problem but you probably don't need to. The Fusion drives are a good mix of SDD and mechanical drives. Put it up on Ebay or CL and you should get a buyer pretty fast. |

P.S. I've bought my PC with Core i7, 16GB RAM, 3TB main HDD (plus 1TB a reserve one) about 5 years ago for much less money (yeah, that 3TB HDD was bought a couple of years later, but still it costs me much less than $1000 for the whole desktop station). |

P.S.: you heard any fuck i posted about PC? |

Hi Sid,
I made a mistake - I thought you were selling, not buying. My bad. I would say that the price is still reasonable. There are plenty of places to buy and sell though, so shop around until you find the machine you want. |

We have a Mac Pro hooked up to an external monitor and the way text looks gives me a headache. Lots of choices in the Apple refurb store with full warranty. |
Fuck that huge ass crap. I will shop for a used Macbook Pro 17".
