Trump will not be trounced

ilnjscb 05-03-2016 04:55 PM

They say he's going to stay in like Kasich - dumb. Be a man and take your loss.

Sly 05-03-2016 04:59 PM

Hillary can't even trounce Sanders. I would not be so confident that she can trounce Trump. She very well may win, but all of this Trump doubt could lead to a very disappointed Democratic Party come November.

Cruz just bailed, I really expected him to go the distance at least, losing or not.

Yeah I thought he'd keep going too. He talked with so much bluster that Indiana was not a must win for him.

Same here. I thought he would do everything he could to keep Trump from taking all of California in hopes of denying him enough delegates to win the nomination outright.

Last night on O'Riley he was talking about how many in the republican party are now resigned to the fact that Trump is the nominee. I think maybe Cruz realized that even if it went to a contested convention he didn't have the support to be the nominee because the GOP stalwarts hate him as much as they hate Trump.

Given the choice, I cannot live with the shame of William Jefferson Clinton being the first lady, therefore, I must endorse Melania Trump for first lady of the United States of America.

I am glad to see Cruz out, but I can't believe he lost to Donald Trump.

He is the only one that should scare Clinton. Any conventional politician she would have crushed easily.

As we know in porn, it's hard to succeed when you're competing against free.

Bernie promises free tuition and healthcare. Clinton has to go against promises with facts supporting why those promises can't be kept. People would rather hope for free than listen to reality.

Even conventional politicians have issues misleading people with such big promises they know they can't keep but Sanders is 74 years old, 25 years in the do nothing congress, and this is his last chance at a power grab and he has nothing to lose, neither does Trump.

kane 05-03-2016 09:22 PM

Imagine the shit show if Kasich somehow manages to do well enough in California to deny Trump the magic number of delegates and then gets the nomination in a contested convention.

stach14 05-03-2016 09:56 PM

Trump will get the nomination wrapped up and then we will see how well he does against "Biden" who will get the dem nomination when Clinton takes the fall for her email issue.

If that were to occur, which it won't, the 700 superdelegates will switch to Sanders and he'll be the nominee. Biden is done, and there will be no "savior".

Well said. I am amazed how some GFY anti trumsters blindly post polls that are way too early due to unusual circumstances and claim that it is 100% clear and landslide.
Not saying it could not happen, just saying - that optimism of anti trumpsters is unwarranted.

Kasich never had a chance. Jeb had a better chance than him and was smart enough to see the writing on the wall.

Too clarify, trounce is wishful thinking. Agreed that Dems have been apathetic in the past so they are better off thinking that Trump has a good chance of beating them so they get out and vote.

Cruz high tailed it out because his communist dad was part of the JFK assassination. And God Emperor Trump knows it.
