Gay cams are not that profitable on sites that have mostly women -- that's why. Most of the 'gay' cams on straight sites are into it for the money.
There are men-only gay cam sites that make money (I guess).
Men are more promiscuous than women and are more into sex than money.

MFC were started with the help from some of the most popular straight sites.

Based on some discussions with insiders there's very few cam sites (if not just one) out there offering multi-gender that would actually be taking care of their gay part properly.

Not sure if trying to brand a gay section there now after 10 years would make much sense.
