The registrant and administrator of the website Porn.com — is accused of repeatedly uploading, displaying, and profiting from porn scenes protected by copyright.

The suit was filed April 28 in Arizona by adult entertainment company AMA Multimedia, owner of such online porn brands as PornPros, Passion-HD, FantasyHD, CastingCouch-X.com, and Tiny4K.com.

According to the lawsuit, Porn.com has blamed third-party users for uploading the copyrighted scenes. But AMA Multimedia’s lawyers argue they can illustrate that those responsible for Porn.com have been uploading the videos themselves.
