Good for small content creators probably since getting paid through adsense would be easy and the people seeing your videos would increase. Bad for manwin because reasons.

If YouTube had porn a lot of these female YouTube partners wouldn't make much money anymore. The ones that vlog and have the top of their head out of frame just to fit their tits in frame for that ad revenue. They'd have to step up their game.
