Is there TEXT to SPEECH / VIDEO software that doesn't suck?

For text to speech I use Voice Dream on my iphone.

Using apple products is against my health
But I love Texas

In case you dont need many voice overs then just order from fiverr..

Isn't someone simply reading all those lines in the video?
It doesn't look like a software voice, really, but who am I to judge.

Oddly the text to speech translators with Australian accents are the most realistic without many of the weird phonetic giveaways of them being synthetic.
