Hi,
i can create a Facebook page to make users for my porn website?
Isn't permitted to publish an adult content on Facebook, but i can provide a link to my website..?

Create a private group. I'm in a few of them that are loaded with adult content if all types and have been around for a few years.

I've tried a couple of different approaches with FB and they all ended being shut down.

Twitter does seem to be working though.

You could create a blog site on say tumblr, keeping it pretty softcore linking to your website from there, with your facebook no adult linking to the softcore tumblr...
