Not necessarily, even without planning you could put all the news in one thread.

Oh, and I doubt this is something unusual. Safeguards like this are in place for a reason - you are limited to what you can do with your loan. Or do you imagine if you go get a loan banks would not have safeguard for you to use that loan on said things and not something else?
