Since this is not correct, I am thinking of doing a "DMCA counterstatement", but it seems to be a fussy process where you have to provide a lot of personal data.

Anyone experienced with such an issue? Is it worth the effort?

You'd be wasting your time. Your site is filled with direct links to piracy sites. Their statement against you is entirely accurate. They are saying you facilitate theft by providing access/gateways.

Are you serious? Which one is a pirate site in your opinion?
If you compare porngather with any other list, you will see that we are the only one who don't link to any share/torrent/dl-blog sites. Its quite hard to differ at tubes tho, but I've never added any obvious piracy site. So please tell me - if you are serious...

Amd the URL the stated in the claim definitely has NO pirate links. Its just a link to Twisty FHGs. (?)
