A student failed in law & decided to make a deal with professor.
 

Student: Sir, do you know everything about law?

Professor: Yes.

Student: So, If you can answer this question, I will accept my final marks, if you cant, you have to give me ?A? Grade.

Professor agreed.

Boy asked: ?What is legal but not logical, logical but not legal & neither legal nor logical??

Professor thought about it for hours & pondered no answer.

He had to finally give up as he really did not know.

He gave the boy his ?A? Grade.

The following day, professor asked same question to his other students.

He was shocked when all of them raised their hands.

He asked one of the student.

He answered: ?Sir, you are 65, married to 28 yrs old woman, this is legal but not logical.

Your wife, is having an affair with a 23 year old boy, this is logical but not legal.

Your wife?s boyfriend has failed in his exam & yet you have given him an ?A? Grade, This is neither logical nor legal.?

The professor collapsed?:upsidedow

And after the professor came to, a soldier walked up to
him and punched him in the face. "God was busy so he sent me."

Almost a great joke but it needs to be high school rather than college (professor implies college) and legal replace with the word ethical

Finals were quickly approaching and a student approached his teacher with an offer:

I will give you a week to research and then answer my question and if you can, I’ll take an F as my grade but if you can’t, I get to skip taking the final exam and you give me an A

The teacher agreed.

Legal can't be an option as it fails the question in at least 1 of the circumstances given.. ie Giving an unearned grade to a student isn't illegal
