CNN: Will Donald Trump skips the debates?
Donald Trump says the fall debate schedule is "unacceptable," raising the specter that he may try to skip them.
Donald Trump and RNC attack presidential debate schedule - Jul. 30, 2016 Come on Donald, don't be a pussy. Are you a afraid a woman will be you? (Yes, he is terrified). Quote:

The opposite. He is trying to get the debates moved to weekday prime time not versus NFL games. He wants more people to see it, not less like Hillary and the DNC want. Just like they put their Sanders debates on Saturday nights to hide from viewers.

She is looking to mitigate the disaster those debates would be for her Mark Prince. Hopefully the final nails in her electoral coffin. Trump wouldn't even have to try she is so dirty.

A non partisan group makes the schedule and they did so A YEAR AGO. Trump doesn't do well in debates, that's why he skipped the last one. He promised to debate Sanders for days then got scared and went back on his word for that debate as well. The article goes into great detail as to why the group chose the dates including the fact that NFL football is on 3 days a week in the fall and there are holidays. Don't let facts or knowledge affect your opinion. |

Hillary doesn't watch football? Who fucking cares -- rebroadcast the damn debate at 10 PM the next day on c-span

Trump doesn't want to debate. Trump went back on his word and flaked on two debates during primary season. Trump is making excuses to flake on debates again because he doesn't do well in debates and his numbers go down after each one :winkwink: Quote:
The nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates, a private group made up of both Republicans and Democrats makes the debate schedule with the networks. Clinton & Trump do not control debate schedule, they only control whether they show up or not. Do you understand? |

Another lie by Trump about the debates... He claims the NFL sent him a letter about it. The NFL says they didn't.

Anyone interested in seeing the debates and NFL has a lot of options of watching both. Claiming the clash reduces the total audience is insulting one's supporters. Personally given the two choices, a football game and seeing up close the two candidates to lead the free world. Who puts Football above the latter? |

Trump lies almost daily, and about small stuff. Hillary lies when it really counts, and just a little tiny bit. At least her fabrications have some connection to reality. His don't. This is a test to see at what point right wind Americans fall away from a man in two active federal trials, and who has dozens of past convictions, and fall into the fold of Americans for "truth, liberty and justice for all". If you don't stand for "truth, liberty and justice for all" then you're not a patriot. |
Ok, so Trump want to move the debates to better time for MORE VIEWERS yet libbies in the thread somehow claims opposite, that he is afraid?

First, Trump has been in the press since long before he had political goals. Everything he says from here on out will be cross referenced with everything else he has ever said. His relationship with Putin is a great example. He's said recently he does not have a relationship with Putin, but yet three times in the past (on video) he has claimed he had a direct relationship with Putin. Second, he seems to be completely confused about foreign policy and what is really happening in the world. Today he said Putin is not in Ukraine, which everyone knows is incorrect. This is not a time where he "mis-spoke" - he had no idea what he was talking about, and it was clear he didn't know what he was talking about. |
Another issue Trump is having is that he is not sure what his people are doing. Trump's people are working directly with the GOP on the platform, recently changed some working on Ukraine. When asked about it today Trump had no idea what he was talking about. The GOP people maintain it was Trump's people who asked for the change, and Trump's people are denying it.
It sounds like a simple mis-communication, but this can have huge ramifications on foreign policy. Is it the GOP platform or Trump's people that are okay with softening the language about Russia's invasion of Ukraine? We need to know - If Trump becomes president and suddenly Putin decides Trump is okay with that Russia is doing, Russia might send a few hundred thousand troops into Ukraine to take over the entire country. |
he should send Palin instead.

i love how you Hillary shills actually think she has a chance debating him :1orglaugh
It's real vs fake. Trump can speak his mind, he can say anything. Hillary can't. You don't even want to know what's really on her mind. This illustration is a general depiction of it: http://www.landoverbaptist.net/donor...-torture-1.jpg |

The Republican debates were downright silly. There was two many people debating, and they never discussed any facts. They were too busy calling each other names and arguing over Planned Parenthood. Now Trump will have to go head to head with someone who has thirty or forty years of political experience. Trump doesn't seem to know Ukraine was invaded by Russia..... How can you expect him to answer any realistic questions? |
Quote:
I can understand that both parties want as many people to watch the debate, but I don't think they have anything to worry about. Left unchanged, I bet its the NFL will lose viewers to the debates. |

NFL will get its 12-18 million viewers for prime time as always. |
