WHY DO SOME 24 HOUR CLOCKS HAVE A 00?
IS 12:10AM - 00:10 OR 24:10

00 is more logical, see the digital clocks :2 cents:

This is the correct answer.
24:10 does not exist.

It is about measuring time.
At midnight, we start counting, naturally we then start at 0:00
After 59 minutes and 59 seconds, we have counted to our first hour, naturally 01:00

Following the same logic, after 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds,
we will have reached a new midnight,
and at that time we need to start count again.

24:10 = 00:10

24 = 00

It's 00 to be sure.

There can never be a 24:00 because it is 00:00
The highest number is 23:59
The 24 on the analog clock is just for reference. But it should read 00.

00:10, never heard or saw someone using 24:10. It would be 25th hour.

By the way - your link does not use 12 am or 12 pm in that table and I salute that because 12 am and 12 pm is even more confusing (and makes less sense numerologically) to those on 24hr time than 00 thing to those on 12 hr time.

There is no 24:00 and course there is no 24:10. One minute after 23:59 the time switches (resets) to 0:00. This is very easy and clear thing. It's like the decimal math system (base 10) which is in range from 0 to 9 and has no digit for 10.

Just to add, you can say 24hundred hours, which is midnight. 24.00 :thumbsup

It's always 12:00 at my place

It annoys the fuck out of me to hear someone say at 20 hours. Sorry but to say that correctly its 20 hundred. I know it sounds silly but done for a reason.
