Be Aware of Paxum !
 
I wanted to warn anyone against using Paxum these days. Let it be a waring message for you all! In short, more than a week ago I started the process of funding my account as usual. Normally it took 2-3 days till money was credited on your account. But this time is different, after more than a week nothing appeared on my account. Of course I contacted them and provided with the bank transfer confirmation with all the necessary info requested to identify my transfer. But the only answers I receive from their customer support is .... "Rest assured that once any information is available regarding your situation, you will be notified immediately." and all these "copy and paste" misguiding answers. Sure thing I rest now .... very funny .... so be careful please if you are about to fund your Paxum account these coming days. I already lost my money and it reminds me the start of ePassporte collapse. Hopefully it's going to be different this time but it does not look good at all!

It's indeed pretty incredible how many issues seem to be associated with Paxum. Even crazier to me is that you have to rely on Paxum SALES reps to get anything that even resembles support. The foreign based ticket support is a joke -- and that's being kind.

Heh, I can't imagine Shap wants to get involved with that business and then have to police it against gambling and other types of restricted transactions. That said, Shap would certainly place a focus on the end user (much like the way the Twistys member's area and aff program were run before Mindgeek got involved).

To the OP: If it was a wire transfer, then perhaps it's just another case of Paxum's banking hopscotch. Contact a sales rep and ask for support (Ruth or Chris).
