Third party suck ass - they take forever and have shitty service and accountability, and they've been around forever.

the cash desposit probably goes through to the company, then the company sends you a paypal payment.

vs paypals own debit/atm card, but cant deposit only withdraw, i would check with paypal before you go buying this, just to make sure its ok to use, and not get your account into any trouble

Yes you're right about this. That's also the reason i was asking here if anyone have try it yet.
Like someone mention above " third party " can really be a headache , i tend to agree with that.
