Moniker-expired domain
Guys, I just noticed that one of my domains with Moniker expired 4 days ago. I wasn't informed that the renewal was due. Now If I log in to my account I don't see the domain there and have no idea how to renew it. Any advice? Thanks!

well moniker is horrible as im sure you know but they do give 32 days to renew. there should be a link in the left hand column that says 'expired domains' and it should be in there. if not, i'd get them on the phone.

Yes, I know... have just that one domain there that I forgot to transfer elsewhere.
I don't see that link in my account so I'll need to contact support :Oh crap |
Good luck Denny. Moniker used to be fantastic to deal with. But once Bari left, so did Moniker's support and quality, in my opinion. I migrated everything out of Moniker to Name.com and Namesilo.com shortly after Bari left.

The site on the domain is still working luckily. |
Namecheap is the same hassle. I've had a couple really good names expire, I go in and they aren't on the exited list! I had to contact live support, go through a 10-20 minutes process then wait 2 days for their confirmation. It might have been an expired domain transfer actually. Unreasonable pain in the ass.

Moniker is most terrible domain registrar I ever dealt with.
|
Would I be able to transfer the domain elsewhere curretly?
Domain whois still shows my info including email contact. Edit: Well, probably not, as the domain is locked. |
