A couple of cents, I think. The CTR of mailings is as low as near nothing today. So it will be a great success if 10-20 of all 30K receivers will click at the link. On the other hand, you can buy 30K unique visitor clicks from any traffic broker for about $10-$15 and be sure that your site was really opened in the browsers :2 cents:

Depends on how current the list is and the address bounce rate

Put down the crack pipe. If the list is worth anything ten to twenty percent of the people on the list will open the email. This assumes you use a service to get them the emails into the inxbox. If you just blindly send out bulk email no one will get them.
