It pretty easy to detect hacked account - they always trying to get you to click to link, and it's always without any explanation, just pure link. If i receive link without any previous explanation, i assume how person who sent me link is hacked. For example, 2 people from my skype list got their account hacked due some malfunction in skype, and it was just single link what was sent.
