4 day old Christmas Day Turkey leftovers -- Salmonella Alert! Unless it was immediately frozen -- feed it to the dog (or the sink dispose-all). |

We make it into a stew with carrots & potatos, it'll stay moist and taste great, easy to do too! If you don't have a slow cooker just do it in a covered pot on the stove :thumbsup Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast recipe |

Try a good curry recipe - Butter Chicken (Turkey) would be nice... |

Turkey Tacos/Burritos work well. Turkey Salad (Just like chicken salad but with Turkey) is good. I have also cut it into strips and made it up like Buffalo wings and that was tasty. Dipped it in ranch dressing. . |

I always make the leftovers into soup. That's after making a stock out of all the bones. Be sure to crush the bones to get out the marrow. Add onions, garlic, carrots and a bouquet garni to the stock. Then after it's reduced to a good taste level. Strain, skim any fat off and add chicken and vegetables you fancy. Won't make a lot, but it will taste delicious. Today I will start cooking the Turkey that we didn't cook. Thinking of doing a Sweet and Sour and Spicy Turkey. All from scratch. So off to do the cooking. Bye |

be sure to spice it all up properly |
