My take on fake news
 

I know I am a bit 2016 but I never got chance to say my bit.

Anyway, IMO newspapers don't just print fake news or talk on the TV about fake news what they do is cherry pick the information.
Like they will write the news based on out of context quotes.

The write what they want to write for viewing figures and build misinformation around the headlines.

The Daily Mail in the UK is one of the worst culprits for this.

News is based on facts.

Everything else is a hoax or disinformation, both are based on lies.

Fake News is just a new term for satire or joke news.

Nothing new...the Onion has been doing it for years.

It only became a "problem" when stupid people got smartphones.

Yeah but the onion is proper fake news. CNN & The Mail are a different entity

No you're conflating the two

CNN is fake news as they will make something up with the purpose of pushing an agenda

This is not sattire like the Onion
