This video is from 2012.... That is President Obama speaking to outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. There is nothing wrong or illegal about it. President Obama said that after the election he will be able to be more flexible.

You cannot even compare this to Flynn, who was a private citizen negotiating with a foreign power - which is illegal.
