hello gfy. so, i never had problems with payoneer, never, now, after they changed to firstchoicepay, they wanted me to change my password to some complicated, so i did, and, of course, i forgot it, so, after i have input my username and my birth date, i have received the reset pass email. so, i tried to reset the pass, i have my new one chosen, but then they wanted another two answers to questions, and, i think there is big and small letters needed, so i forgot the exact answer to the questions, and my account got blocked, saying i have to contact their support. so i did, but hey, now, it is three days, and nobody fucking cared to get back to me! i sent them email if they are kidding me few hours ago, and still nobody fucking care! is this for fucking real? this is now this services works? old good paxum ... lets hope if i can get some support from them here so i can finaly start using my money! :helpme :error :Oh crap thanks for reading and have luck with your business everyone :)

I had identical problem, i pinged Pearl 5 times, she said every time how she will send urgency to her boss, and nothing happened. She even apologized, but still nothing happened.
So to answer your question, it is a joke.

Happened to me to forgot the pass now they want me to send in a photo id card and a photo of me holding the card My payoneer account was good for over 7+ years no problem as soon as i had to switch i can't just get my password sent to email and then change it have to jump through hoops fuck that! So now i can' t login in to my account to check balance and probably wont' get around to sending them the information for a while unless I have to know my balance.

So the moral of this sad story is: don't forget your Payoneer password. Once you do you're fucked.

I actually sent my ID, two times, first to support, then to Pearl , and still no help.

Normally when you forget password somewhere you can get it easily with lost password form or with SMS but in this case they have like tons of obstacles to get it. Now this might look like a good security measure but purpose of it should be to prevent non account owner to get it, not to block actual account owner.

maybe, but for me it still looks more like a shady shit ... after x years with no problem and giving them some part of my money, they forced you to change your pass, now if you want to reset the forgot pass now, you have to know:

1. your username
2. your birth date
3. pass to your email so you click on the recovery link
4. answer to first question
5. answer to second question

if you fail, you have to send email to support and wait who knows how much days for answer, the answer will tell you to make photo of your id card and yourself and whatever else, and then you have to wait another who knows how much days for answer? this is not lazy this is not amateurish but this is shady :2 cents: they are taking care of your money, they have to be in touch in less than 24 hours at least at work days! time to move on ...

A lot of web services forces you to change password, due "security reasons" (which i find annoying as changing your password every x days wont help anyway) including paxum. And keep in mind they are not bank, so you cant expect same level of service as on bank.

it remembers password for you so you dont have to.

its even free for mobiles and computers.

I was wondering some of this things buddy too, Tnx for this thread, I would like to hear some experience, I was using payoneer for years as a secondary option, but some of the companies pays me directly there so I guess maybe it's time to stop them on time and move my cash..
