Do you have someone doing your Google Adwords marketing for you?

We do our own and manage pretty well but every once in a while I try out a company who offers to create and manage google adword ads, and no matter what they always seem to do a really bad job.

If you have experience with any Google adword management companies, good or bad, please share your experience.
