Which service mostly people use to their domain back link profile? We have tried moz, cognetiveseo and ahref but they all show different data and their data is not matching with google webmaster tool...

Nothing will have a complete backlink profile as they need to crawl petabytes of data, and do it constantly as websites are always changing.

I agree, these backlink checkers will only show a portion of what you are looking for.

In my experience ahrefs.com is the best for backlink data. If the data is not matching your Google webmaster console then use both to collate your own data for a more complete overview.

I could not agree more with that. In my experience ahrefs.com are quite good.
