This guy is so far gone listened to part of his live concerts where he just rambles for an hour. Was never a real rap fan let alone a dmx fan.

DMX is getting help at a rehab facility ... TMZ has learned ... on the heels of postponing concert dates.
Sources connected with DMX tell us he checked himself in Thursday night at a treatment center in Southern California. We're told X went voluntarily, but his manager, Pat Gallo, and ex-wife, Tashera Simmons, had encouraged the move.
The rapper has been to rehab before while battling substance abuse issues for years.
As we first reported, X had to cancel 3 shows this week due to what his rep called a "medical emergency." We're told he flew to Cali to get help because he felt he was "moving to a dark place" and wanted to make sure he stayed on the right path.
Sources at DMX's show in Brooklyn last week tell us he was drinking heavily beforehand.
In a statement, Gallo apologized to X's fans for the postponed shows, and says, "It is important right now that he take some time off to focus on his health so that he can be a better father, friend and entertainer."
He added, "We are eternally grateful for the outpouring of concern and support that has poured in. We ask that you please keep X in your prayers as he embraces your support.

Then why even post about his talent or lack of talent? I can't stand country music but you will never see me posting my thoughts on the skill level of country singer X or Y. :helpme:error

Don't really care about drugs and whatever but dude's been convicted and sent to prison numerous times for dozens of counts of animal cruelty. Fuck him.

there were two incidents, one conviction.

in the first incident, an actively using, hard core drug addict was not caring for his dogs properly. that's the case for many addicts who shockingly don't tend to be very responsible. the cops threw every charge they could at him, including animal cruelty, when they arrived at the house for another reason.


in the second incident, he was on tour and the person whom he had hired to care for his dogs wasn't checking on them. the a/c in the house failed and some dogs died of heat/dehydration.


I'm not minimizing what happened in either incident, just putting them in context because immediately everyone assumes dog fighting or other acts of overt abuse/cruelty.
