Very excited newbie
 

What can I say, I have watched this adult industry all my life and have been dying to get involved. I am going to admit that I am massively technical in some areas, and horrible misinformed in others.. but I want to learn and grow.. and I noted that this is the place to be for all super webmasters and newbies wanting to learn.

The site that I have started is not something I can mention here yet.. but its a pet project.. nothing special.. ie. its just a tester to learn how to make some referral income.. but I can happily tell you all that I have generated sweet FA :-) so clearly lots to learn and absorb.

PS. I seriously considered going to the WMA 2017 event in Amsterdam, but then decided that I was too much of a newbie to justify it.. and would not be able to learn enough to justify it.

I feel like waffling more but I wont. I am sure I will learn you all as we go.

I have fired up a site where i have inlined most things...and its quick...700milliseconds load for most visitors.. issue is I have very few visitors...haha

You should create time line of where you see yourself in a year.
1. First 3 months - Buy dedicated hosting - buy script for tube site.
2. Next 2 Months - Pay for custom skin and design work
3. Next month - Pay people to rip videos and upload to your site.
4. Next month - Buy Backlinks that ruin your SEO.
5. Next month - Buy bot traffic from shitty traffic companies
6. Next month - Exoclick drops you because of your bot traffic. Make sure you complain here.
7. Next month - Cam site drops you from their rev share model- Because you are making money, but you aren't bringing any new sign-ups. Make sure you complain here.
8. Next month - Leave site up and continue paying for hosting and domains - because you still want to be considered in the adult business.
9. After your first full year- Hang out on gfy and make political posts
