Holy Fuck! Oculus Rift VR - "Face Your Fears" - Anyone Experience it?

I finally just got my free Oculus Rift that came with my Samsung S8+ . I downloaded the Oculus app Face Your Fears and HOLY FUCK!!

From a robot taking you out of a skyscraper and claiming the building with you to a horror scene where you're in bed and a fucking you clown terrorizes you wow!!!

Anyone else try the app?

Anyone else have good suggestions?

I had to takeoff the headgear a couple times it freaked me out that much. 1000x's better VR experience than I expected.

The scariest one for me was The Haubting: playtime with jingles fuuuuuuck!

Did you actually get a free oculus, or just a gear vr? The oculus rift is like $800+ around here.

They have a Canadian version where you're locked in a small room and forced to listen to Celine Dion.

Normal life is creepy enough. No thanks.

you must be talking about Gear VR. you should actually try a real one like the HTC Vive or Oculus (or even Playstation VR) if you thought that was good.

like someone else here said, Resident Evil in VR is fucking awesome.

You're right I got gear VR. I need to learn the terminology, I'm just getting into it now. I've been busy with another big project this last year.

Whats the best system, with tracking, to purchase?

I got Gear VR, I tried when the robot takes you up to the skyscraper in New York and throw you down. If you watch this on a bar chair it becomes actually scary! I didn't like the rollercoaster though made me sick even if superman catch you when you fell of..

HTC Vive. Oculus Rift and PlayStation VR are limited in movement as they have only front-camera for tracking. This means you can't turn around ;(

Samsung Gear VR doesn't have any additional stuff - that's why it feels good [in terms on VR freedom] though the hardware is weak thus the quality is low. So the only real one VR thing is - HTC Vive. Also it's integrated with Steam, - this Autumn Fallout 4 and Doom are coming.

I can't wait for a Call of Duty in VR

Oculus has added rear tracking. You can run 3 sensors now.

PSVR is quite limited in comparison though. But still incredibly fun
