The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile: His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.

Constant blame of everyone and everything else, never admitting you were wrong, non stop outrageous claims & lies all as attempt to make it become the new normal so people accept it. We already see the right wing willfully accepts these lies..

Trigger words needs to be added to that list.

Trump keeps his dwindling base in a constant state of the "November win" or "perpetual win" by having rallies still and having his surrogate use trigger words like Clinton, Obama & Pelosi. In every news segment they're on, they mention one of those three without fail, usually Clinton.

I've never seen a Trump surrogate, over the last 6 months, not mention Clinton or Obama. I'm sure the "perpetual win" has something to do with Hitler and his constant rallies as well, just a modern day adapted version.

TIL Hitler wasn't such a bad guy and Trump isn't quite as good as him.

Perhaps if your aggressive country hadn't invaded Ukraine stole it's sovereign land and still continues to this day assisting those who are attacking it.. Well perhaps your neighbor wouldn't be arming them selves to come shoot you. I imagine when those kids grow up, they will be coming to your streets and attacking your citizens. Blowing up buildings setting off bombs and fighting war in your streets.
