So the most viewed video on YouTube is..........

Heard it like 100 times on the radio yet never knew who sang it, what it was about, or that it was even popular at all. Don't really like it to be honest. Usually turn the radio station over when its on. Not the worst but most viewed ever ??

Mind you, Gangnam Style is number 2 on the list so :1orglaugh

Not surprising, great song with an emotional touch.

The most viewed, non musical video, on YouTube just announced....

CaptainHowdy 07-13-2017 09:49 AM

I thought it was this one ...

rayadp05 07-13-2017 09:49 AM

It's a pretty song, and it's a very professional video, but the MOST viewed video on Youtube? Wow. I didn't even watch the entire video myself. I wonder what makes this particular video stand out so much from the so many other videos on Youtube? I mean, it's an okay video, but I never would have guessed it would have made it to the very top.

Millennials likes it very much, and lots of teens like it, that combined with some fans of that brainless senseless movie franchise that needs to die already.

Great song, shit movie.

adultchatpay 07-13-2017 11:49 PM

Great song indeed.

Mediamix 07-14-2017 12:29 AM

It's a tribute song for Paul Walker and it's populair because a lot of people play it when they lost someone...

Well like i say i'd heard it on thr radio a shitload of times without knowing who the fuck it was or that it was even popular.

Especially considering i thought it was shitty...

Google Expert 07-14-2017 02:24 AM

Couldn't get past 1 minute mark. The faggot pianist voice is very annoying.

Shit music.

Mad views only because of all the emotional flashback cuts from the original movies that span about 15 years.

Want to listen to something good?

I think youtube changed something in their views system to inflate numbers, as not so long only gangam style had over 1 bil views and now there is dozens of songs which have more then 1 bil views.

CarlosTheGaucho 07-14-2017 04:44 AM

Youtube views are now vastly inflated by the "auto play" function. If you find a particular song there's a number of other songs that get put into the auto suggested queue over and over and over and over again.

For example - I can remember at least 20 times during the past two weeks or so that "Toto - Africa" came up in the "playing next" when I wanted to listen to something random while keeping the auto play option on. I didn't choose it or search for it even once even I like that song. So that would be 20 additional views without even selecting it.

My guess would be that 90 pct. of these views are actual "auto play" views based on "most viewed in category" etc. and not people actually searching for it.

The views for these videos are now massively inflated by auto play.
